Marwan has worked as an Executive Chef at several prestigious establishments, including Tamaris by Alain Ducasse in Beirut, DAMAC Hospitality in Dubai, Marka Holding Hospitality Division in Dubai, Al Mandaloun Group of Restaurants in Beirut, Binhendi Enterprises in Dubai, Binghatti Group, Taste of Italy by Heinz Beck in Dubai, and La Table D'Alfred in Beirut. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, Marwan is a seasoned professional with a passion for creating exceptional cuisine. 

Marwan has been recognized for his culinary expertise and outstanding performance. He has received 12 Gold Medals at HORECA Lebanon, the Best Food and Best Employee Award from Binghatti Hospitality in 2018, a Certificate of Appreciation from Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, the BBC Good Food Middle East 2014 What's On Award UAE, a Certificate of Appreciation from Marks Holding in 2014, and the Best Chef Award at Phoenicia InterContinental New Zealand in 2013.
